Greengrass works on a flexible 'consultancy' basis. There are also fixed price packages for start-up businesses.

At this time, VAT is not charged on Greengrass fees. Before work begins, you will be provided with a full work proposal, including costings, which you will be asked to sign.

On completion of the piece of work (or the section of work if the project is longer-term) you will be sent an invoice for the amount due. This is payable within 30 days. Late payments will be subject to incremental interest charges.

Once payment is received (either by cheque or direct bank transfer), you will be sent a receipt.
