Marketing for your business plan
A significant part of your initial business plan should be devoted to understanding your market and your customers. Greengrass can work with you to describe:

  • The market; your competitors, macro and micro influences on your business
  • Your customers; key needs/drivers, buying habits, price sensitivity
  • Your offering; what product/service you will offer, how you will position it, what differentiates you from your competitors
  • SWOT analysis; combining insight from all the above and taking a longer-term view of your business objectives
Package fee: £1500, to include 3 face-to-face meetings.

Launch communications plan
Once you have defined your product or service and how it will be positioned and distributed, you need to have a comprehensive plan to launch it into market. Greengrass will work with you to create a launch communications plan that takes full account of your customers and their needs/habits, as well as your budget and timescales.

Package fee: £1800, to include 3 face-to-face meetings.
NB. The cost of producing and delivering the communications activity is not included in this package.

In addition, Greengrass can offer you 1-1 consultations, to discuss and develop your marketing strategy. This is charged at an hourly rate of £45.
